The golf course was recently re-designed with the environment in mind. With the inclusion of wilderness zones on the course and areas of indigenous vegetation between the fairways and stands, the golf course doesn’t compromise the surrounding natural habitat.
There are already plans to increase the golf course’s environmental standing. In the future, more dams and water features will be added to attract and protect animals, birds, fish and insects particular to the Magalies / Hartbeespoort region.
Small game will increase the natural beauty of the course and, as a result, will provide visitors with an even rarer golfing experience.
